To make their conversational experience richer, the Fusion team had build ‘Adaptive cards’, small interactive elements/artifacts such as buttons, images, videos, or mini-websites inside a chat-experience. In this demo, we’re taking this a step further: it’s illustrating how, using AI, we can enable business-users (no-code) to create personalized, interactive ‘micro-apps’ to communicate personalized news and actions in a rich and visual manner, across platforms and locations to communication.
