Clients and customers
Below are the organizations and brands I’ve worked with, most of which during my 8 years at frog, spanning a wide variety of industries including telco, technology, media, retail, automotive, healthcare and more.
My interaction with customers started from the moment the business development team had identified a potential customer, it was handed of to my peers and I on the project development side (PM, Engineering, Design) to connect with the customer, share or capabilities and pitch a possible approach for their project/opportunity. Following the pitch and ongoing engagement and conversations, I led planning and scoping of the project including price, people and skills on the project, timeline and deliverables throughout the project. Once the project was signed, I led the project team throughout the design and development process. Typically, I’d have the support of a project manager, taking care of logistics, burn rate, meetings and travel throughout the process and depending on the type of project, I had an engineering partner/lead during the implementation phase.
The scope of these project ranged from teams of 3-30 people, locally and across the globe (US, Europe, Africa and Asia) and a budget of $.5-10M.
Besides user experience design, often these projects included close collaboration with senior leadership within the client’s organization on product strategy and roadmap and many of my projects had 1 or more subsequent projects, including implementation of the prosed solution.
