The challenges of the project/team shifted from UX to ensuring the experiences are cohesive, scalable and implemented as intended. There was a need for 'more'. I created project 'Moore*', which included a scrum team and schedule dedicated to quality. This resulted in push-back, but led to ‘Extreme-design-with=Clark’, a scrappy-yet-highly-effective way to bring quality and attention to detail. * All teams had names of 19th century composers incl. Chopin, Tchaikovsky and Verdi.
